- The candidate must have 5-7 years of experience in the relevant position, along with a subordinate team.
- Additionally, they must be capable of recruiting at least 5-10 ASMs (Area Sales Managers) immediately upon joining and be able to appoint a minimum of 5-10 distributors within 1 to 15 working days.

Responsibilities & Context:
Monitoring, supervising & training sales force in respective territory.
Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Monitoring competitor`s activities & reporting accordingly.
Ensuring promotional activities executed accordingly.
Ensuring Product availability and visibility.
Regular searching and development new market.
