Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and drive sales growth.
∎ Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business development and improvement.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and dealer.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and production, operation to ensure alignment of sales objectives with overall company goals.
∎ Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and competitor activities for management review.
∎ Stay updated on industry developments, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to make informed business decisions.
∎ Madina Group is seeking a National Sales Manager to boost sales volume across its product line. Lead sales strategies for Madina Polymer Ind. Ltd., overseeing water tank, gas stove, pump, and sink sales. Manage team, analyze market trends, and cultivate client relations. Requires sales experience, leadership skills, and willingness to travel.
