Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategizing, Developing and implementing sales plan, dealer recruitment plan and marketing techniques aligned with the organization objectives.
∎ Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that the team attain the set target
∎ Leading, supervising and monitoring sales team all over the country.
∎ Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that the individual team member attain the set target
∎ Conduct training and motivating sessions for the existing team and new recruits to achieve the target
∎ To take responsibility to achieve targets both-in volume and value
∎ Facilitate management team to review and evaluate business performance in business review.
∎ Business performance analyses based on systems/data (develop/manage/access) and capturing market operation insights relevant to sales, service and marketing.
∎ Explorer new potential business locations in the assigned area.
∎ Must have an experience with Mobile Accessories
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Must have well experience in mobile accessories sales & marketing .
∎ Knowledge with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
∎ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Salary: Negotiable
