• Group of Companies / Household product Industry/ Marketing / Sales / Tobacco products / FMCG/ Industrial Products of a renowned and reputed company.

• 05 years’ experience in the same position.

• Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain a trusting customer relationship.

• Team building and team motivation skills.

• Effective communication skill.

• Effective time management skill.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies of the Product Line (Manpower, Logistic & Distribution setup).

• Identifying the business opportunity of the product line.

• Building causal relationships with the key business collaborates (Distributors & Retailers).

• Ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning (Monthly & Yearly).

• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

• Analyzing market trends and competitors` activities and formulating strategies.

• Building a high-performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, guidance and product-knowledge education.

• Monitoring sales performance of the product line.

• Continuously monitor and track sales performance.

• Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors. Evaluate new market opportunity.

• Monitor risk, customer and recovery.

• Preparing yearly business plan.
