Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidates will be responsible to perform marketing, sales & promotional activities of Cement. He should have the ability to procure orders from different dealers/buyers and have adequate knowledge about Cement marketing.
∎ To plan, develop & execute the strategy to meet company sales target for both individual & team performance.
∎
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
∎ Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products & services or other subjects of sale.
∎ Achieve the monthly Sales target through comprehensive drive by creating customer cluster.
∎ Prepare sales plan, ensure achievement of sales target.
∎ Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and record keeping.
∎ Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications.
∎ Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
∎ To maintain liaison with the dealers as well as the consumer to ensure primary & secondary sales.
∎ To ensure proper monitoring with the junior officers to achieve sales target.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should have minimum 03 years of experience as NSM in Cement Industry.
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Should be capable to lead large sales team with leadership quality.
∎ Ability to work in a team environment & under pressure.
∎ Ability to work Independently.
