We are offering Job opportunity for knowledgeable deserving experience for the Position of NATIONAL SALES MANAGER (NSM) - 5Star Accessories.
∎ We are looking for persons who have the ability to handle a challenging position and who can sell all Accessories in large volumes at Dealer and Retailer levels all over Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute Sales & Marketing strategy.
∎ Presenting various information to the authority and management in regard to the market demand including policy, offer, pricing of new products.
∎ Manpower planning and team formation in order to reach the maximum potential market and coverage.
∎ Supervise national wide sales team to achieve sales target.
∎ Strategic plans to achieve target.
∎ Lead a team of sales supervisors
∎ Increase own share at competitive market, and
∎ Explorer new potential business locations in the assigned area.
∎ Must have an experience with Accessories.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Employee will get Sales Commission After achieving Sales Target.
