Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with experienced developers on real-world projects, actively contributing to development tasks and project delivery.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and client needs.
∎ Drive user acceptance testing, ensuring that our applications meet customer expectations.
∎ Take ownership of projects and lead quality assurance efforts,coordinating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
∎ Utilize your business acumen to assess how application changes may impact overall business processes and goals.
∎ Analyze data and provide insights to improve product quality and user experience.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Minimum 3 years of hands-on Software Development experience
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Exceptional people management and leadership abilities.
∎ Effective communication and collaboration skills.
∎ Detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring product quality.
∎ Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
∎ Previous experience in QA or software testing is a plus but not required.
