∎ We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven MTO-Sales to join our real estate company. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the real estate market.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate new sales leads through multiple channels, including networking events, referrals, and cold calling.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including property developers, investors, and real estate agents.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
∎ Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, and provide expert advice on available properties.
∎ Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents.
∎ Negotiate with clients and close sales.
∎ Maintain a comprehensive database of clients and leads, also provide regular reports to management on sales activity and progress.
∎ Attend industry events and conferences to build your network and promote the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience as an MTO-Sales in the real estate industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
∎ Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to close deals.
∎ Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Willingness to travel and work outside of regular office hours as needed.
∎ Experience
∎ 2-5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
