Experience:
Conduct regular market visits to gather real-time insights on customer behavior and competitor offerings.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure proper product placement, promotion, and territory-specific strategies.
Assist in developing monthly and quarterly product sales plans and targets.
Analyze slow-moving products and recommend improvements or phase-out strategies
Monitor customer complaints or quality issues and collaborate with QA for resolution
Participate in trade shows, dealer meetings, and marketing campaigns to promote new products
Maintain and update product development trackers, sales dashboards, and CRM tools
Benchmark product performance across regions and suggest strategic improvements
Engage with channel partners and distributors to gather product demand feedback
Assist in training sales representatives on new product features, benefits, and objection handling
Join field visits with sales teams to observe customer behavior and product performance
Monitor SBU-wise performance and suggest adjustments based on data analysis
Collect and analyze sales team feedback on customer objections to improve product positioning.
Attend regular sales meetings to align product goals, gather feedback, and track outcomes.
Collaborate with sales leadership to align product strategy with revenue targets.
Coordinate with distributors and dealers for localized product trials and promotional campaigns.
