Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbents have to undergo 12 weeks (+/-) extensive training in Knit Composite factories for enhancing their knowledge, skills and aptitude for Merchandising job.
∎ The candidates should strictly follow on the job (OJT) training schedule as designed for them. They must focus on the training and learning objectives with self as well as organizational discipline and policy.
∎ The candidates should have willingness to undergo training with patience and continue the job upon successfully completion OJT with a substantial period of time in the factories located at Gazipur area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ BSc. in Textile Engineering from any reputed and front ranked Public and Private University.
∎ The applicants should have willingness to continue the job a substantial period of time in the factory location followed by 12 weeks successfully completion of the OJT.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ An attractive compensation package even during the OJT period shall be offered for the selected candidates through the recruitment and selection process.
∎ The others benefit will be determined as per the company policy.
