Fresh graduates or up to 1–2 years of experience preferred
Basic knowledge of textile dyeing and color science
Analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Willingness to learn and adapt in a production environment
Job Context:
AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. Is a 100% knit composite factory and it’s a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking few MTO for the dyeing – Laboratory to develop technical and managerial competence in textile dyeing laboratory operations by supporting shade development, recipe formulation, quality testing, and production coordination, ensuring accurate color matching and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in shade matching and color development as per buyer samples and standards.
Prepare lab dyeing recipes for various fabrics (cotton, polyester, blends, etc.).
Conduct lab dips and submit for approval within lead time.
Maintain accurate records of lab trials and approved shades.
Support bulk production dyeing by providing lab-approved recipes.
Monitor shade reproducibility from lab to bulk.
Assist in correcting shade variations and process deviations.
Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams.
Perform color fastness tests (washing, rubbing, light, perspiration, etc.).
Use color measurement tools (e.g., spectrophotometer).
Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and SOP’s.
Analyze root causes of shade rejection and suggest improvements.
Assist in monitoring dyes and chemical consumption.
Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of chemicals.
Support cost optimization by reducing reprocessing and wastage.
Maintain lab records, test reports, and shade cards.
Prepare daily and monthly lab performance reports.
Follow ISO, OEKO-TEX, and environmental compliance requirements.
Learn dyeing processes, lab equipment, and management practices.
Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization projects.
Follow safety, health, and environmental (SHE) guidelines.
