Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in garments production (internship experience preferred)Basic knowledge of garment manufacturing processes

Analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production environment
Job Context:
AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. Is a 100% knit composite factory. We are looking few MTO for the Garments Production. The Management Trainee Officer – Garments Production is responsible for learning and supporting the end-to-end garment manufacturing process. The role focuses on developing technical, operational, and leadership skills through hands-on involvement in production planning, line management, quality control, and efficiency improvement to prepare the trainee for a future supervisory or managerial position.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily production activities to ensure targets are achieved on time
Learn and support line balancing, workflow planning, and manpower allocation
Monitor production output, efficiency, and downtime
Help implement production plans according to buyer orders and schedules
Support in maintaining quality standards as per buyer specifications
Identify defects and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions
Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality manuals, and inspection processes
Assist in implementing productivity improvement initiatives (IE techniques, SMV analysis, 5S, Lean, etc.)
Observe bottlenecks and suggest efficiency improvements
Support cost reduction and waste minimization efforts
Ensure adherence to factory compliance, safety, and labor standards
Promote safe working practices on the production floor
Prepare daily production reports and assist in data analysis
Coordinate with merchandising, IE, quality, maintenance, and HR teams
Support supervisors and line leaders in problem-solving activities
Participate in structured training programs and on-the-job learning
Gradually take responsibility for managing a production line or section
