RFL Group, a leading local conglomerate with a rich legacy in the industry, renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation, is seeking for “Management Trainee Officer - Export” to oversee and assist Export Operations in foreign market. Process orders from international customers, ensuring they are fulfilled on time.
Conduct market research to identify potential export opportunities and track global trade trends.
Liaise with international clients regarding product orders, delivery schedules, and issues. Ensure compliance with export laws, trade agreements, and sanctions in both exporting and importing countries.
Prepare required export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other authorities to ensure smooth processing.
Manage the transportation of goods, including scheduling, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to manage inventory for export orders.
Identify potential new markets for the company’s products.
Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer requirements and market trends.
Ability to visit more frequently in factories.
