Experience:

• 1 to 3 years

B.Sc./M.Sc. in EEE, ECE, ETE or MTE from any reputed university.

• 1 to 3 years

• Age 24 to 40 years

• Proficiency in motor simulation tools (Ansys Maxwell, Motor-CAD, SPEED or JMAG) and design software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks) will be an advantage.

• Programming skills in C, C#, Python, or MATLAB, with strong knowledge of machine and control system design.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities with a preference for candidates having R&D or quality experience.

• Design and develop Induction, PMSM and BLDC motors for household refrigerator compressor applications.

• Design and develop electronic drivers for PMSM and BLDC motors.

• Perform simulations and technical analyses to improve motor performance and energy efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with product specifications and regulatory standards.

• Conduct testing, validation and troubleshooting of motor designs to ensure reliability and performance.

• Research and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
