Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in MSc (Nutrition social science), Master of Social Science (MSS) in MSS (Sociology), Master of Development Studies (MDS) in or any other relevant field MPHMasters in Development Studies preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To design appropriate monitoring methodologies, tools and techniques both for qualitative and quantitative aspects;
∎ To develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures;
∎ To monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the project output;
∎ Develop and implement appropriate monitoring systems within the project (including all Factories) with the support of team leader.
∎ Evaluate the project progress as per work plan in accordance with the project targets
∎ Present monthly and quarterly report to the management to ensure the quality and quantity of project activities
∎ Develop reporting format, monitoring checklist, case study
∎ Participate in any government and other stakeholders related meetings when required
∎ Provide technical support in data management, quality assurance and data analysis, if needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Candidate with training on Monitoring and Evaluation will be preferred.
∎ Strong skills and understanding of M&E framework, tools, process, sampling
∎ Excellent knowledge in project monitoring and evaluation
∎ Strong network and interpersonal skill,
∎ Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver results.
∎ Excellent skill in verbal and written communications in English particularly in preparing reports
∎ Strong skills in M&E data analysis and technical expertise.
∎ Strong skills on computer Applications and SPSS/Strata.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
