∎ Work experience of 5-8 years with Gender/ Wellbeing program development and implementation.
∎ Good communication skills both in Bengali and English (writing and speaking).
∎ Good training delivery and facilitation skills.
∎ Experience in working with RMG factories will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Effective Planning and facilitation of capacity building activities for RMG workers and factory management at factory level.
∎ Conduct and facilitate program related training session and provide necessary assistance to the training team as and when necessary.
∎ Prepare training module as per requirement of the specific training needs.
∎ Contribute in developing innovative IEC/BCC materials for awareness raising on worker well-being.
∎ Coordinate & arrange data collection for surveys, need assessment and so on.
∎ Develop relevant questionnaires for surveys and analyze survey data to prepare report for relevant stakeholders.
∎ Provide support in preparing baseline & impact reports & document best practices based on field evidence.
∎ Raise awareness and confidence of workers and management through training and workshops on worker well-being.
∎ Develop relevant documents/templates/sample formats/power-point presentation required for program execution and records.
∎ Communicate with project team and stakeholders for project monitoring and updates
∎ Monitor progress, support M&E team with necessary documents, field data and others.
∎ Collect regular and timely updates/deliverables from all factories and report to the relevant parties involved
∎ Coordinate with factory focal person in scheduling training dates & time
∎ Maintain liaison and rapport with factory management for smooth implementation of project activities
∎ Develop project implementation plan and strategies.
∎ Provide implementation support to RMG management according to the project design
∎ Support Project Manager in maintaining and recording project expenditures aligned with budget.
∎ Responsibility also includes performing any relevant task required by the management in any capacity that is deemed fit.
