∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ A thorough understanding of the curriculum and pedagogy.
∎ A commitment to the Islamic ethos of the school.

∎ Assist the Vice Principal in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school.
∎ Help implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of the school.
∎ Assist in monitoring the academic performance of the students and supporting teachers in achieving academic excellence.
∎ Work with teachers to create and implement effective teaching and learning strategies.
∎ Support teachers in creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
∎ Help with the recruitment, orientation, and professional development of teachers.
∎ Work with the administrative team to manage budgets, resources, and facilities.
∎ Assist in maintaining effective communication between the school and parents, community members, and other stakeholders.
∎ Ensure that the school is adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
∎ Help promote the vision and mission of Averroes International School.
