Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Govt Grade- 9
∎ Tk. 22000/-53060/-(Increment, house rent, medical, gratuity, provident fund, festival allowances as per NPC-2015). 25% incentives or more based on performance and cost of living. 5% extra incentive as per govt rule.
