∎ As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and engaging video content. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute creative concepts that align with our brand strategy and objectives. Your work will span across various platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional materials.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Graphic Design:
∎ Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
∎ Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
∎ Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for approval.
∎ Use graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality designs.
∎ Video Editing:
∎ Edit and produce video content for various platforms, including promotional videos, social media content, and corporate presentations.
∎ Incorporate graphics, special effects, and sound to enhance video content.
∎ Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and scripts for video projects.
∎ Manage and organize raw video footage and ensure timely delivery of edited videos.
∎ Use video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro) to create engaging and professional video content.
∎ Collaboration and Communication:
∎ Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.
∎ Communicate effectively with team members to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and video editing.
∎ Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
∎ Qualifications:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field.
∎ Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing both skills.
∎ Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
∎ Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
∎ Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
∎ Ability to create visually appealing graphics and engaging video content.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Preferred Qualifications:
∎ Experience in motion graphics and animation.
∎ Knowledge of 3D design and animation software.
∎ Understanding of social media trends and best practices.
∎ Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic web design.
