Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred background of social studies/development studies/anthropology/public relation.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Project Coordinator as and when required relevant to the project.
∎ Assist to control, modify and monitor project budget.
∎ Assist Project Coordinator to prepare financial progress report in coordination with Accounts and Finance department.
∎ Drive the project proactively following the workers well-being project plan.
∎ Ensure activities are undertaking as per planned schedule.
∎ Update and coordinate with BRAND/Donor regularly with project progress.
∎ Regular communication with factories for given workers well-being activities.
∎ Plan and arrange project related meetings, workshops, surveys, events, trainings etc.
∎ Plan, arrange and facilitate trainings, training of trainers, workshops and other activities relevant to training as per project requirement
∎ Plan and facilitate workshop on workers need assessment tools with the factories, communities, interviewers, and other participants.
∎ Plan, arrange and facilitate community need assessment at the selected communities
∎ Visit factories and communities to interact with workers and locals before undertaking need assessment procedures
∎ Data record, accumulation, correction, analysis and present in reports to share with the stakeholders.
∎ Documentation of program/meeting details relevant to project.
∎ Prepare report (both in English and Bangla) as and when required.
∎ Develop materials for workshops relevant to project
∎ Develop and contextualize workers' need assessment tools separately for each factory and community
∎ Develop elaborate plan on workers' need assessment in association with factory management
∎ Co-create intervention plan for workers well-being in association with factories
∎ Co-create intervention plan for workers and community well-being in association with relevant stakeholders at community
∎ Develop M&E plan for the project and for the factories to carry out workers well-Being activities
∎ Regular monitoring of the factory activities relevant to project
∎ Assist and monitor workers need assessment process at the factories and communities
∎ Assist and monitor other activities pertinent to the project

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 years of experience in project coordination. Experience in RMG sector will be appreciated.
∎ Good command in English and Bangla (Typing, Writing and Speaking)
∎ Good managerial and communication skills
∎ Good analytical aptitudes
∎ Strong organizational skills, including the ability to meet stringent deadlines, communicate progress on projects is expected.
∎ Expertise in program and event coordination
∎ Experience to work with RMG factories will be an added advantage
∎ Training and Research experiences
∎ Expertise in preparing high quality presentation
∎ Strong negotiation skill
∎ Innovation and adoptability
∎ Adequate knowledge on developing training content, training plan and training facilitation
∎ Adequate knowledge on data analysis in Excel and SPSS will be appreciated
∎ Working knowledge on adolescent health, human nutrition and health program in general.

Salary: Tk. 34000 (Monthly)
