Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Centre for Community Development Assistance (CCDA) is a leading nation level NGO engaged in socio-economic development since 1990 with financial support from PKSF and other financial institutions. CCDA intend to shortlisted project staff for upcoming/anticipated project from qualified Bangladeshi candidates in the position for different project including livelihoods, migration, legal aid project.
∎ Job Location: Chandpur
∎ Oversee and manage the implementation of project plans, ensuring that activities are carried out according to the project timeline.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, community leaders, and local partners in the district.
∎ Provide training and capacity-building programs for local community based organizations and community members involved in migration-related activities.
∎ Contribute to project cycle management, monitoring and evaluation, and the development of fundraising strategies.
∎ Prepare regular reports for project stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
∎ Stay informed about national and international laws and policies related to migration.
∎ Ensure that all project activities comply with relevant legal and ethical standards.
