JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Officer, Learning Operations & Stakeholder Management, Learning and Leadership Development Division (LLD), will ensure the effective planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale learning and capacity-building initiatives for BRAC and external partners. The role will manage end-to-end training operations, coordinate with diverse stakeholders, support learning content development and facilitation, and ensure efficient resource management, data reporting, and project delivery to enhance the quality and impact of learning interventions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale training programmes, ensuring timely delivery of learning interventions across physical, virtual, and blended learning platforms.
Manage training logistics by coordinating facilitator schedules, venue arrangements, transportation, accommodation, learning materials, participant communication, and other operational requirements to ensure seamless programme delivery.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal programmes, external organizations, corporate partners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives, timelines, participant management, and successful implementation of learning initiatives.
Facilitate continuous stakeholder communication by providing regular project updates, addressing operational challenges, managing expectations, and ensuring timely resolution of issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and customize training materials, learning modules, and participant resources based on programme requirements, and facilitate training sessions when required using effective adult learning methodologies.
Maintain participant databases, attendance records, certification processes, and other learning management information while ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
Support budget monitoring, financial tracking, logistics cost allocation, and cross-charging processes in collaboration with relevant teams to ensure efficient utilization of project resources.
Prepare analytical reports, project documentation, and performance updates by tracking key operational indicators and providing data-driven insights to support continuous improvement of learning programmes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning operations by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and learner experience across capacity-building initiatives.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation, and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
