Experience:

Experience Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in academic coordination, training management, educational administration, or a related field.
* Fresh graduates with strong AI knowledge and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
* Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and applications.
* Practical experience using ChatGPT and prompt engineering.
* Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
* Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
* Comfortable conducting presentations and training sessions.
* Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
* Positive attitude, leadership ability, and strong interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a passionate, organized, and technology-driven Course Coordinator to manage our academic operations and support AI training programs.
Job Responsibilities
* Coordinate day-to-day academic and administrative activities of the training institute.
* Prepare and manage course schedules, class calendars, and trainer assignments.
* Conduct student orientation sessions and manage student admission processes.
* Maintain student attendance, academic records, assessments, and certification documentation.
* Provide administrative support to trainers during physical and online classes.
* Conduct foundation-level AI and digital productivity training for students.
* Guide students in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, NotebookLM, Canva AI, and similar platforms.
* Maintain regular communication with students through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
* Prepare reports on course progress, enrollment, attendance, and student performance.
* Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, webinars, and promotional events.
* Coordinate with the Marketing Team regarding student inquiries and admissions.
* Research emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to course content.
* Perform any additional academic or administrative responsibilities assigned by management.
