Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The manager of M&E will assist the head of M&E in generating, managing, and reporting ESDO's basic activities and output.
∎ The position will also assist ESDO project staff, partners, and cluster focal persons in developing objectives, indicators, and an M&E system.
∎ Experienced in implementing monitoring systems and designing monitoring tools.
∎ Also experienced in developing data collection tools and guiding the monitoring of project activities, outputs, and progress toward planned results.
∎ S/he should also be comfortable working with data platforms, databases, and select technologies to capture and organize data.
∎ The position is based in Dhaka, but at least 60% of the time will be spent traveling outside Dhaka to a remote location in Bangladesh.
