∎ At least 3 years’ experience in coordinating research or programs.Excellent computer skills, and competencies to work with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, and web browsing.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skillsAbility to interact and build relationships with inter and intra departmentStrong presentation and delivery skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangali and English·Should be proactive and dynamic.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Research Coordinator will be reportable to the Executive Director
∎ Development of public health research proposal
∎ Implementation of research activities, such as
∎ Questionnaire development
∎ Development of research SOPs
∎ Organizing training for data collectors
∎ Supervise data collectors at field level
∎ Data management
∎ Report writing
∎ Writing scientific manuscripts
∎ Assist Executive Director in his HR, administrative and M&E activities
∎ Assist Executive Director in preparing presentations
∎ Communicate with concerned organizations related to research activities as suggested by the Executive Director
∎ Organizing meetings, seminars, workshops as suggested by the Executive Director
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Executive Director
