∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ - Preference will be given to the person(s) who have working experience in “Legal Aid Activities”
∎ -Experience in program monitoring, supervision, skill in report writing and computer operation.
∎ -Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
∎ -Coordinate with the DLAC, UZLAC, UPLAC, and other stakeholders
∎ -Provide all necessary support in the implementation of the mentioned project
∎ -Report to the Project Manager and local administration
∎ -Organize programs and activities in accordance with the objectives
∎ -Develop quarterly/monthly work plan with a target and its implementation with achievement
∎ -Carry out any other responsibility/activity assigned by the Authority.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This project will be implemented in the selected upazilas of 4 districts (Habiganj, Sunamganj, Sylhet, and Netrokona) in aiming to ensuring justice & individual’s rights to healthy life, especially the marginalized & vulnerable people.
∎ This position will be actively involved in assisting the Project Manager in preparing the annual technical plan by providing necessary information from the field; synchronize and inspired the staffs to prepare the quarterly/monthly work plans and developed own work plan on the ketch of field staffs action plan; assists field staffs in implementing targeted activities; regular communication with DLAO, legal aid actors and stakeholders at district, upazila and union level; monitor and follow-up the overall activities; record and data preservation, reporting & documentation.
