Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Development Studies (MDS)
∎ Masters-in Sociology, Women and Gender Studies, Development studies.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and monitor plans and budgets
∎ Produce quality report for internal and /or external purpose;
∎ Communication with concerned external stakeholders;
∎ Managing and reviewing performance of the team and individual team members;
∎ Monitor performance of concerned project personnel.
∎ Operationalize training implementation plan;
∎ Initiate, conduct and facilitate research/study;
∎ Monitor and evaluate project interventions, and provide technical assistance/support;
∎ Design policy advocacy and campaigns;
∎ Provide strategic guideline and follow-up support to the project;
∎ Coordination of training and other related activities;
∎ Create and establish project and policy advocacy linkages to women rights and gender equity issues;
∎ Create and maintain and establish networking relationships with other organizations/institutions on relevant issues;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years or experience in a similar role i.e. looking after Gender issues/ Women Empowerment/ Capacity building
∎ Experience in training, capacity development, and knowledge management around gender issues and commitment to participatory learning
∎ Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on gender combined with an understanding of power inequalities and gender dynamics
∎ Ability to provide technical direction to ensure high quality outputs and impact, set realistic priorities, and plan for the successful implementation of activities
∎ Able to transfer technical knowledge and skills, and influence attitudes to improve gender equality
∎ Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation frameworks and practices in a development work environment
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships with team members and partners
∎ Ability to work with multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams
∎ Relevant computer software skills (including, at a minimum, the standard applications in MS Office)
∎ Willingness to work under pressure and in stressful situations with minimal supervision and without compromising on deadlines or quality
∎ Excellence in oral and written communication skills in Bangla and English Languages.

Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
