∎ At least 5 years of experience in M&E or research arena- In-depth understanding of quantitative and qualitative methodology- Have experience in providing skillful support to developing project design and evaluation.
∎ Acquainted with various laws and policies of Bangladesh and have an in-depth understanding of service delivery and human rights approach.
∎ Has the ability to analyze data and prepare the M&E report. Able to support project staff and ensure quality data.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Junior Specialist -M&E shall be responsible for assisting the Manager (M&E) in refining mechanisms for generating, managing, and reporting basic activities and output monitoring data and for assisting project staff and Cluster focal persons in developing objectives, indicators, and an M&E system.
∎ The position is based in Thakurgaon, with a minimum of 70% of the time spent traveling outside Thakurgaon to remote locations in Bangladesh.
