Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibility # 1: Training
∎ Conduct training session for RMG workers and management on specific project intervention.
∎ Effective Planning and facilitation of capacity building activities for RMG workers and factory management at factory level.
∎ Provide implementation support to RMG management according to the project design
∎ Raise awareness and confidence of the community people through training and workshops on worker well-being issue through community mobilization.
∎ Responsibility # 2: Coordination
∎ Coordinate with factory focal person in scheduling training dates & time
∎ Maintaining liaison and rapport with factory management for smooth implementation of project activities
∎ Communicate with project team and stakeholders for project monitoring and updates
∎ Coordinate & arrange data collection through surveys, need assessment etc.
∎ Monitoring progress, provide support in preparing baseline & impact reports & document best practices based on field evidence.
∎ Responsibility # 3: Module & Material Development
∎ Prepare training module and materials as per requirement of the specific training needs
∎ Contribute in developing and effective use of innovative IEC/BCC materials for awareness raising on worker well-being issues.
∎ Assist training teams in developing training tools and materials
∎ Prepare communication materials highlighting project updates
∎ Responsibility # 4: Others
∎ Responsibility off Senior Training Officer includes performing any relevant task required by the management in any capacity that is deemed fit
∎ Responsibility # 5: Reporting:
∎ Report to Team Leader
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 40 years
∎ Expertise in module development and participatory training delivery.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 45000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
