Additional Requirements:
∎ Post education in related biochemistry, food microbiology, food science /food technology and/or Environmental/public health studies.
∎ Good understanding of food safety/quality assurance legislation and practices.·
∎ Proven training experience.·
∎ Fluent in English (oral and in writing) bilingual is an asset.·
∎ Good communication and personal skills.·
∎ Familiar with Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Under the guidance and direct supervision of the training consultant, the incumbent will perform the· Provide HACCP based basic food hygiene training course. Provide RABC based public health training course.
