Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Statistics, Development Studies, Social Science, Economics, or a relevant discipline
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation, project reporting, and documentation
Experience working in NGO, development, donor-funded, or private sector social compliance/migrant worker well-being projects will be preferred
Strong skills in Excel, data management, analysis, and reporting
Experience in preparing project reports, case studies, and documentation materials
Good understanding of indicator tracking, data quality, and project accountability requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla
Preferred Experience
Experience in RMG, worker well-being, public health, labor rights, or migrant worker-related programs
Familiarity with donor reporting and project monitoring frameworks

Change Associates Ltd. is seeking a qualified and motivated M&E and Documentation Officer to support the implementation of a Worker Rights (WR) & Worker and Community Development (WCD) initiative in Jordan's RMG sector. The project focuses on improving worker well-being, including health-related interventions for factory workers, particularly migrant workers from South Asia.
The M&E and Documentation Officer will support project monitoring, data management, reporting, learning documentation, and evidence generation to ensure quality implementation and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of the project's monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) system
Track project progress against workplans, indicators (KPI), targets, and deliverables
Develop and manage data collection tools, trackers, and reporting templates
Ensure timely, accurate, and quality data collection and verification
Compile, clean, analyze, and maintain project data and documentation
Prepare regular activity and progress reports, dashboards, summaries, and donor/project updates
Document project activities, field learnings, case studies, success stories, and best practices
Support coordination of baseline, midline, endline, and other review/evaluation processes
Assist in organizing and documenting trainings, meetings, workshops, and project events
Work closely with technical and implementation teams to strengthen reporting and learning
