Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Education at least masters degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To oversee the collection, analysis and dissemination of routine monitoring and reporting data liaising with programme especially for donors reports but also other uses as required;
∎ Collect, update and maintain all stakeholder's data in a safe & confidential format;
∎ Record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation in a safe and accessible way;
∎ Ensure all activity reports have been filed on timely;
∎ Support external evaluators in conducting baseline and KAP surveys and other activities where data may be required;
∎ Conduct routine data quality assessment to improve the quality of programme data;
∎ Enhance capacity building of project staff in project monitoring and evaluation;
∎ Regular field visit in project sites to support the implementation of M&E activities;
∎ Ensure relevant and timely M&E information is provided in user-friendly formats to key stakeholders, including beneficiary communities, GUK senior management and donors.
∎ Undertake any other duties as directed by donor/GUK management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Experience in M&E methods and the logical framework approach;
∎ Skilled on planning and implementing M&E system;
∎ To have good interpersonal skills;
∎ To have good verbal and written communication;
∎ Able to communicate in English;
∎ To be able to use Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel;
∎ To be able to work alone or as part of a team;
∎ Leadership skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 58000 (Monthly)

Over the period of time, altogether approximately 45,000 families came out from extreme poverty situation through financial and technical support of GUK.
