Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Monitoring and Documentation officer will be appointed under a CBM supported inclusive health project of Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed (CRP). His/her work station will be CRP head office and will be working with CRP Manikganj for monitoring the project activities.
∎ Job Location: CRP-Savar with extensive visit to Manikganj.
∎ Project Duration: Up to September 2025
∎ Assist Project coordinator in the progress of the project activities. Prepare quantitative and qualitative quarterly, semi-annual and annual report and other progress report.
∎ Play the key role for preparing, updated and implementing M & E plan of the project with the guidance of Project Coordinator.
∎ Prepare M&E tools for monitoring the activities.
∎ Participate in the major activities/event of OPDs.
∎ Periodical visit to CRP Manikganj, Govt. Hospital and OPDs in Manikganj and Dhaka.
∎ Prepare any report related to risk register/TOC/M & E plan.
∎ Maintain database for monitoring and project base documentation in terms of events, documenting good practices, lessons-learned, cases etc.
∎ Finalize the database developed by the OPDs.
∎ Suggesting OPDs maintaining different register and data base.
∎ Preparing different MoU, guidelines, contracts and project documents for the OPDs and partners.
∎ Facilitate the OPDs in organizational record keeping like, maintaining register, activity list and other documents.
∎ Organize and participate in OPDs training and refresher training.
∎ Organize and participate in health professionals ToT training and refresher training.
∎ Work collaboratively with project team and partner OPD to arrange the national level advocacy programs.
∎ Prepare evaluation/research ToR, facilitate the evaluation/research process in collaboration with sub-partner, donor and consultant.
∎ Generate lesson learning, process documentation and prepare case studies.
∎ Prepare quarterly monitoring ToR, report, and update the monitoring visit feedback in quarterly narrative report.
∎ Provide quarterly monitoring update to donor.
∎ Incorporate the safeguarding policies in each activity.
