Job Context:
∎ Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is implementing the project "Ashshash Project" in Jashore and Khulna district with the support of Winrock International and looking for the following position:
∎ Employment Status: Full time (up to 31 August, 2022)
∎ Reportable to : Project Coordinator, Ashshash Project
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position will support the Monitoring and Documentation of the project activities. S/he will be responsible for the overall monitoring, data verification, data collection, compiling, documentation dissemination, storing and timely reporting to the Program Management, donors, and relevant stakeholders. Specifically, the Monitoring and Documentation Officer will oversee to managing web-based MIS data. Interested candidates are requested to apply for the position with required qualification and expertise.

∎ SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
∎ Plan and organize the activities related to monitoring and documentation to ensure the quality implementation of the project;
∎ Verification of victim identification process to ensure valid and proper enrolment of beneficiaries;
∎ Monitor and follow up of the progress of the project and responsible for coordination, collection and compilation of data on a regular basis and report to donor organization if needed;
∎ Collect and Analyze the monitoring data, and sharing with project management with valid recommendation to address the challenges;
∎ Upload and update all project related information in the web-based Management Information System (MIS) platform of Winrock International;
∎ Ensure documentation on case studies, best practices, field experiences, newsletters, e-bulletins, positive changes in beneficiaries' lives and other advocacy materials;
∎ Support all co-staffs to collect and manage the data and information related to the project activities. Ensure report & findings are communicated effectively through close collaboration with the project team;
∎ Provide training, guidance and support to project staff for utilizing monitoring tools, technique and calendar;
∎ Frequent visit at fields for monitoring program activities and provide feedback to field level staff;
∎ Support beneficiaries in proceeding to access to any services from any service providing organizations;
∎ Ensure report and findings are communicated effectively through close collaboration the project team;
∎ Documentation of significant achievement and gather earnings, challenges, and field experiences to set recommendations;
∎ Prepare and ensure timely and accurate monitoring, programmatic and periodic reports for the donor agency;
∎ Attend various internal and external meeting, seminar, and workshops that relevant to the project;
∎ Coordinate with the Ashshash project team and Winrock International in accordance with donor requirements;
∎ Perform any other related duties or responsibilities that may be assigned by the organization and donor agency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Must have at least 3 years of similar experience in Monitoring & Evaluation/documentation including data management, data analysis in MS Excel;
∎ Good understanding on MIS platform;
∎ Professional working experience in monitoring, documentation, and reporting. Experience in Human Trafficking project (preference) ;
∎ Good skill in documentation and report writing in English. Working knowledge of MS Office applications and Power Point;
∎ The capacity and willingness to be extremely flexible and accommodating in difficult and sometimes insecure working circumstances;
∎ Qualified female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Salary:
∎ BDT-30,000/ per month (Consolidated)
