Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Having additional degree in MBA/ Masters/ Professional degree in CRM will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Analytical skills, Leadership skills, Computer skills, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Decision making, Excellent communication skill, Professionalism; Hardworking; Problem solving skills.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Scrutiny and inclusive analysis of credit proposal(s) and recommendation/Approval/decline of client requests in line with companies lending guidelines/PPG, Credit Circulars & other instructions.
∎ Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedure and external regulatory requirements during approval demonstrated by satisfactory Audit reports.
∎ Regularly visit the customers/ businesses that fall under portfolio at risk and utilize/ circulate the knowledge gained from the same.
∎ Ensure standard Turn Around Time (TAT) of disbursements and recovery
∎ Guidance on specific projects / tasks as assigned
∎ • Coaching for development & giving feedback to all relevant concern.
∎ Effective communication with sales team and other support teams
∎ Designing and executing financial and operational audit programs that target high-risk areas in the company’s controls, systems, and processes.
∎ Identifying gaps and areas for improvement and evaluating their significance and potential business impact to improve process effectiveness.
∎ Presenting practical recommendations to senior leaders and preparing written audit reports to document your findings.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Understanding basic features of SME businesses
∎ In depth knowledge in CRM Policy, Knowledge of different circulars, loan documentations, etc.
