Job Responsibilities:
∎ To excel in this role, you will be responsible:
∎ Leading informative pre-departure sessions, enlightening pilgrims on the intricacies of the Hajj and Umrah process, rituals, and cultural subtleties
∎ Leading and accompanying Hajj and Umrah throughout their journey, ensuring their safety, comfort, and spiritual fulfillment.
∎ Offering insightful and accurate information about historical and religious sites, as well as providing spiritual counseling and guidance.
∎ Coordinating logistical aspects of the Hajj and Umrah, including transportation, accommodation, and itinerary management.
∎ Managing and resolving any concerns or issues that may arise during the Hajj and Umrah, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
∎ Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing Hajj and Umrah.
Additional Requirements:
∎ To excel in this role, you will need:
∎ A deep understanding and knowledge of the Hajj and Umrah process, rituals, and traditions.
∎ Previous experience as a Moallem (Hajj and Umrah Guide) or similar role, with a demonstrated track record of providing exceptional service to Hajj and Umrah.
∎ Proficiency in relevant languages (Arabic, English) for effective communication with Hajj and Umrah and local authorities.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
∎ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage the complexities of a Hajj and Umrah journey.
∎ A high level of integrity, empathy, and a deep sense of responsibility towards the spiritual well-being of our Hajj and Umrah.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

∎ A passion for travel and tourism
