• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/ Finance/Accounting/Supply Chain

• Advanced Excel and data analysis

• Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau preferred

• Understanding of procurement processes and ERP systems

• Familiarity with audit and compliance standards

• Detail-oriented and analytical

• Strong coordination and communication

• Integrity and confidentiality

• Process-driven and improvement mindset

• Design, implement, and continuously update the Management Information System (MIS) infrastructure, including databases and interactive dashboards, to provide real-time visibility into procurement performance metrics.

• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on PR, PO, and vendor performance.

• Systematically review procurement processes, transactions, and contract execution to ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and best practices, identifying areas of risk or non-compliance

• Diligently document all transaction histories, decisions, and process steps, ensuring comprehensive and traceable records are available to facilitate smooth and efficient external regulatory or financial audits.

• Proactively monitor the lifecycle of all procurement contracts, managing deadlines for expiration, initiating timely renewals, and ensuring that both the company and vendors meet agreed-upon contractual obligations

• Coordinate with PRD, WPS, and Finance for data and reporting alignment.

• Support automation, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
