Bachelor’s degree in MIS/ Finance/Accounting/Supply Chain
Advanced Excel and data analysis
Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau preferred
Understanding of procurement processes and ERP systems
Familiarity with audit and compliance standards
Detail-oriented and analytical
Strong coordination and communication
Integrity and confidentiality
Process-driven and improvement mindset
Responsibilities & Context:
Design, implement, and continuously update the Management Information System (MIS) infrastructure, including databases and interactive dashboards, to provide real-time visibility into procurement performance metrics.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on PR, PO, and vendor performance.
Systematically review procurement processes, transactions, and contract execution to ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and best practices, identifying areas of risk or non-compliance
Diligently document all transaction histories, decisions, and process steps, ensuring comprehensive and traceable records are available to facilitate smooth and efficient external regulatory or financial audits.
Proactively monitor the lifecycle of all procurement contracts, managing deadlines for expiration, initiating timely renewals, and ensuring that both the company and vendors meet agreed-upon contractual obligations
Coordinate with PRD, WPS, and Finance for data and reporting alignment.
Support automation, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
