∎ Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery.

Job Context:
∎ Contract period: Until 31st December 2019 (with possibility of extension)
∎ Line Manager: Response Officer
∎ Joining date: As soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide sexual and reproductive health related information to community people.
∎ Educate women on health, nutrition, and family planning.
∎ Group, family and individual counselling on complication associated with pregnancy and childbirth.
∎ Counsel expectant mothers coming to the women and girls' safe spaces on birthing plans, including hospital care, birthing centres, and other options.
∎ Identifying high-risk pregnancy and refer to the hospital or health centre.
∎ Liaising with health actors on sexual and reproductive health concerns as they arise
∎ Special counselling/continuous/close observation of pregnant women for any risk factors associated with pregnancy, to orient on special management during any complication due to presence of risk factors, birth preparedness etc.
∎ Keep all materials for recording and reporting ready for use.
∎ Duly fill the referral form (during referral) and consent form to communicate the actual condition of the patient with the referred facility.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years' midwifery experience.
∎ Proficiency in using Microsoft office.
∎ Fluency in Chittagonian (Rohingya) language.
