Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/M.Sc from Computer Science & Engineering (Any Major) from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evidence of analytically challenging projects in IT that includes complex SQL query writing and reporting design.
∎ Strong knowledge of SQL programming and advanced proficiency including advanced formulas
∎ Strong SQL Server Development with DBA experience T-SQL (Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views)
∎ Outstanding data structuring skills and proficiency in relational database management, maintenance and design.
∎ Good understanding of MS SQL server query performance, optimization and tuning.
∎ Good understanding of MS SQL administration and daily operations including database sizing, replication, backup, migration and general database maintenance.
∎ Good knowledge of the feature sets of different SQL server versions and how these can be leveraged effectively when upgrading.
∎ Good understanding of query performance tuning
∎ Ability to produce an analysis when writing queries coupled with knowledge of Execution-Plans
∎ Business Intelligence experience preferred
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
∎ DB Backup, Replication, Cluster knowledge
∎ Experience in production and development environment
∎ Performance tuning of database systems.
∎ Install, upgrade, and manage database applications.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot database errors.
∎ Develop processes for optimizing database security.
∎ Experience in working and leading multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Should possess professionalism and punctuality.
∎ Microsoft Certification is a huge Plus!
