∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Masters of any background will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Micro Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Micro-Credit
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to promote ME loan
∎ Promotional capacity to expedite ME loan among members at branch level
∎ Need to give support and training at branch staffs to expand ME loan
∎ Inspire all staffs at branch level to make profitable faster
∎ Ensure effective control mechanism for ME loan disbursement on time to borrower's hand
∎ ME Borrowers business analysis, Review cash flow statement etc.
∎ Give monthly report to management to achieve monthly target
∎ Ability to perform the tasks which will assigned by the management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The candidates who has minimum 2 years practical experience to work with Micro enterprise borrowers in a reputed Financial Organization.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Physically fit for field visit
∎ Good understanding of Micro enterprise (ME) loan program
∎ Good reporting written skills
∎ Excellent computer literacy
Salary: Tk. 24000 - 30000 (Monthly)
