∎ Must have a thorough understanding of Inditex’s business model, quality standards, and ethical compliance requirements.

∎ Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality control.
∎ Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and merchandising.

∎ Ensure product quality, pricing, and delivery meet the buyer’s expectations and standards.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
∎ Monitor market trends, fashion forecasts, and competitor strategies to align product development with buyer preferences.
∎ Handle costing and pricing negotiations, ensuring profitability and competitiveness.
∎ Collaborate with design and production teams to align collections with buyer requirements.
∎ Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for both internal and buyer reviews.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product development, production, and shipments.
