• Experienced in garments merchandising for reputed woven manufacturing unit.

• Must have a thorough understanding of business model, quality standards, and ethical compliance requirements.

• Knowledge of garment production processes and quality control.

• Sound leadership and team management abilities.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end merchandising process, including order follow-up, production planning, and shipment scheduling.

• Ensure product quality, pricing, and delivery meet the buyer’s expectations and standards.

• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.

• Monitor market trends, fashion forecasts, and competitor strategies to align product development with buyer preferences.

• Handle costing and pricing negotiations, ensuring profitability and competitiveness.

• Collaborate with design and production teams to align collections with buyer requirements.

• Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for both internal and buyer reviews.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product development, production, and shipments.
