Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead Merchandising Team.
∎ Takes responsibility for overall monitoring Marketing and merchandising follow up at every level of execution.
∎ Go the extra mile every day' for customers & need to have a capability to onboard new Buyer, New market.
∎ Based on season, timeline and trend, make the product presentations to customers and convert to the orders.
∎ Setting KPI for the department aligned with company SOP and goal.
∎ Provides key inputs for the development of new customers, products and markets.
∎ Coordinates with operations and Integrated planning for procurement, production, and timely dispatch.
∎ Coordinates with Production and Quality Assurance departments in addressing customers complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
∎ Addresses all customer complaints on a priority basis.
∎ Team members performance review and follow up.
∎ Support supplier meeting whenever there is an issue make the supply chain smooth.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Demonstrating discretion, confidentiality, diplomacy, integrity, honesty and openness
∎ Able to demonstrate excellent team spirit and team building skills
∎ Result oriented, ability to multitask, handle and bring issue to accomplish.
