Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment, Selection & Retention of CMs in conjunction with the relevant MS.
∎ Orientation to new MSs/CMs & Training the existing MSs/CMs regularly.
∎ Ensure PR and legal affairs related to merchandising.
∎ Interpret field intelligence and respond to/ mitigate the day to day chores on the ground.
∎ Collect CM evaluation from respective MSs, Compile the evaluations & send it to IMSL center with in timeline.
∎ CM Salary disbursement within Timeline.
∎ Collate and forecast merchandising material requirement precisely.
∎ Regular market visit, feed in & back to trade, FF, Management etc.
∎ Prepare the house wise budget allocation and control the expenditure against budget for proper utilization of financial resources.
∎ Ensure the compliance of Client's SOBC and Tobacco Law, Labor Law of the country are followed in all operational aspect.
∎ Organize field force.Setting priorities based on campaign requirements.
∎ Prepare Project Activity plan.
∎ Handle PR and legal in primary stage.
∎ Build Relationship with external stakeholder(local influential, business community, law enforcing agency).
∎ Explore opportunity for better merchandising visibility.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Functional Skill: Sound knowledge in Computer Operating System, MS Office.
∎ Knowledge of the local market.
∎ Able to work under stress.
∎ Able to manage a large team.
∎ Strong analytical/judgmental purview.
