∎ Minimum B.sc in Textile Engineering/Apparel Manufacturing/Apparel Merchandising from reputed university
∎ Skills Required: Email Communications, Fluent in English Communication both in Written and Spoken
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Buyer Handling, LIDL Buyer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must have experience of the Buyer LIDL
∎ Communication with Buyers' Liaison office, factory personnel, all other related departments of the company.
∎ Costing of products/garments.
∎ Coordinate with factory team for proper & on time execution of production, process & procedures of buyers.
∎ Advise factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality etc., related technical issues as efficient/experienced trouble shooter.
∎ Having sound knowledge in ERP.
∎ Lead the team/act as an effective team member understanding company & buyer's requirement.
∎ Ensure quality execution of orders up to "shipment" the goods maintaining effective TNA & "Critical Path".
∎ Assist the in-house procurement team for sourcing trims/accessories as required maintaining the standard.
∎ Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
∎ Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
