Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline with diploma/certification in related field
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Textile, Merchandising
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle all merchandising issues with Merchandiser/Senior Merchandiser - starting from query to shipment
∎ Assist the Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser in every part of the production
∎ Collect P.O. / Order sheet from concerned Client
∎ Prepare and manage all required submission as per Buyer's demand, including Development, Counter Sample, Size set, PP, Seal Sample, Fabrics and Trims, etc. Follow up Knitting, Dye, Cutting, Print & Embroidery work properly to ensure smooth production
∎ Closely work with factory management to execute the planned production. Visit factory to check production status as and when required
∎ Monitor the quantity and quality of the collected raw materials
∎ Prepare delivery parcel accurately for customer
∎ Maintain style-wise data and requirement sheet
∎ Prepare purchase orders, internal order & costing sheets
∎ Mediate between Production and Quality Department and work closely with QA to ensure best final product
∎ Try to give maximum lead time to Production & strive for maximum profit from all merchandise
∎ Maintain and file all relevant merchandising communications
∎ Maintain and share all kind of reports as and when required
∎ Any other task assigned by the line manager
