∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor degree in any discipline

∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Merchandising, woven Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibilities to look at designated accounts assigned by the management, and provide updates where needed;
∎ Responsible for sourcing and monitoring for individual order from beginning to shipment.
∎ Must possess excellent communication skill with Buyers and suppliers.
∎ Make full costing in woven garments, negotiation and order confirmation.
∎ Coordinate with all department to determine delivery schedule and sequence of implementing all order in the lines.
∎ Coordinate with sample section to ensure proper sample design for buyers, send the sample on time and follow up any comments or acceptance of that sample from buyers' side.
∎ Effective planning for new season sampling and production orders.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Follow up production from fabric booking to shipment.
∎ Maintain communication with buyers including sample follow up.
∎ Handle day to day merchandising operations.
∎ Understand and follow up customer procedures for order execution.
∎ Work with production department to ensure production quality and timely delivery of orders.
∎ Sample follow up and coordinate with other departments related to orders.
∎ Make sure all raw materials and accessories are in house on time for production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Woven Garments (Bottoms and Shirts)
∎ Able to work under pressure and anticipate quick solutions if any difficulty arises.
∎ Must have ability to work as a team.
∎ Well conversant in English with the local & foreign customer.
∎ Preferably experienced in handling LC Waikiki and SRG brands.
Salary: Negotiable
