Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline, Textile Engineering or MBA in Apparel Merchandising from BUFT will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Knit garments, woven Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the planning, allocation conduct, review and reporting of merchandising resources within a business group that meet or exceed agreed KPIs.
∎ Develop regionally focused sourcing strategies that deliver on the brand strategies of quality at best cost.
∎ Lead, mentor and tutor all good working practices to those less experienced team members.
∎ Establish Internal KPIs that monitor team performance for relevant business area.
∎ Update management on business and day to day operational activities and performance.
∎ Ensure merchandiser teams ensure on time delivery of all purchase orders through management of critical paths using available resources
∎ Promote development of supplier base through vendor score carding, ensuring areas of accountability are assessed objectively and CAPS compiled and followed through.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Specially Experienced in handling Internation buyer independently.
