• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English.
• IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic.

• Must have extensive experience of product development, costing, production tracking and execution, handling multiple brands at a time.

• Must be knowledgeable of garments construction and costing, specifically fabric type/properties & Other’s Raw Materials with Update Price.

• Should have excellent understanding of production process & make TNA

• Should have a passion for product development, an eye for styles/details/pp & other samples.

• Must be capable of handling buyers and suppliers independently in tremendous pressure.

• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team.

• Strong attention to details and accuracy, aiming for perfection.

• Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.

• Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines.
