Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in any discipline from a reputed university.
∎ B.Sc. in Textile will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Trouble shoots for any merchandising related problem.
∎ Foresee problem & take necessary measures.
∎ Update management for any problem or progress.
∎ Must have very good knowledge of garments (Knit, Woven & Denim).
∎ Co-ordination among merchandising, Sample, Production.
∎ Maintain fabric, accessories booking follow up.
∎ Follow-up fabric, Washing, Printing, Embroidery & garments construction to ensure right quality.
∎ Actively supervise all important work related to pricing, sampling & sourcing.
∎ Check product specification details and explain to others.
∎ Negotiate price with suppliers.
∎ Determine suitable supplier with best price, quality & delivery offer.
∎ Any other special job as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 34 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail, Fashion house & Dealing with well know international buyer.
∎ Strong analytical skill and critical reasoning
∎ Strong problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills
∎ Having sound knowledge in MS Excel & Other office applications.
∎ Cross-Cultural sensitivity, flexible world view, emotional maturity and physical stamina.
∎ Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment.
∎ Fluency in English reading, writing & Speaking.
